It all starts with a brief. If you already have a clear idea of what you need then we can work to your specification, otherwise we can help to guide you on what will work best for your sector.
Our Design team will produce 3D visuals of our proposal from various viewpoints along with a floor plan and elevations to help you understand the layout of the stand. We will provide you with a quote, the quote will include a breakdown of all the elements we have quoted you on. We advise on costs that may not be in our tender such venue services like electricity, drop wires Wi-Fi and other costs.
The design is then sent to our workshops where our highly skilled carpenters will fabricate the various elements of the stand, they will spend time to ensure each element of the design is built to a high standard. The pieces are then transported to the venue for assembly. We will also take care of all the paperwork such as submitting Stand Plans, Health & Safety forms to the organisers making sure the stand meets all the rules, regulations & completing all the order forms for the venue services such as electricity, water & waste and so on.
Our team will install the stand within good time making sure the build is finished to our high standards and is ready to handover to you. Once the show is finished the team will return dismantle the stand and return it to our workshops. If you wish to reuse the stand for the following show, we will wrap up the stand elements and put into dry storage until the next show.
We will contact you once the show has finished to see how the show went for you, making sure the stand was well received and if there are any alterations or additions required for the following show. We are available at any point during the year to discuss any ideas you may have to move the stand on.
