Requirements:

• Presenting & displaying their products & services under 7 different capabilities
• Physical & Digital Options
• Smaller products to be secured so they cannot be taken from the stand
• Larger products could be up to 6ft in length
• Space for mannequin display
• Display marketing materials
• Co-branded stand
• 3x Private Metting Room – 2x seat 6 & 1x seat 8
• Informal seating for 24 people
• Reception Area
• Bar/Hospitality Area
• Good use of AV including touch screens & LED walls
• Storage Area    

Within this design we had to show innovation with the space as the client had previously been used to a double decker stand that afforded them plenty for meeting room & product display space.

We had to create a space that thought about the customer experience within the stand and how best to get the most out of the space, while also creating structure that was impactful & eye catching and sympathetic to the dual branding required.  

Our creative team produced a wonderfully well balanced design.  The mix of digital & physical products worked great without over powering each other.  Each of the areas are well defined and created harmonious experience for the visitor.  Each area fulfilled the brief, the various textures, AV & light features provided class & quality without over doing it.
